Through a series of balance activities and exercises we will help you not only find your center, but build up that core strength you need to be able to hold it in any form or circumstance. This course can be modified from the most beginner level up to very advanced. So whatever level you are at we will personalize it to your needs and skill level.
His I'm nick and my passion is SLACKLINING , I love it and I live it . It has helped improve my quality of life in so many ways and I can only hope to share that sense of balance with the people around me. I have a series of slackline/balance classes that will help to tune your mind and body to a space of balance and clarity. I am experienced in all types of park lines, long, lines and some highlining. My personal expansion in this activity is constantly growing and pushing forward as to bring the biggest stoke back to my slackfam! We can play on some lines just learning to walk and do some poses. From that point,we can take the lines higher, make them longer, add in some yoga flows, the possibilities are endless! We can take this activity as seriously or as leisurely as youd like.
