Camden Climbing Half Day

A half day includes a guide, gear and a customized 4 hour trip in Camden Maine or Acadia National Park. We meet you at Barretts Cove Beach off of Rt 52 approximately 2.5 miles outside of Camden, Maine. If you are Climbing in Acadia we meet at Glory Bakery in Bar Harbor . We then outfit you with all the gear you will need: shoes, harness, and helmet. Then find out what sort of experience you are looking for. For most of the people we take out, this is their first time. Along the way our guides will describe how to climb and how the equipment works. By the end of the trip you will be stoked to come back out and do it again. With two simple rules, Smile and Breathe.

At EGS we offer professional climbing instruction and guiding to climbers of all ability levels. In addition to our climbing services, we offer ice climbing, guided hikes, snowshoe outings, navigation skills, trad climbing gear placements and team building events in Camden Hills State Park. If you are interested in a specific style of rock climbing, or looking to improve your technical skills or just looking for a day out with your family, we can help you reach your goals. All rock climbing gear is provided during your trip. We love rock climbing and want to share our passion with you!
