We will begin our 3-4 mile hike with a meditation, where I will offer tools to help keep you in the present moment as we walk along, enjoying the serenity of nature. We will take a brief meditation break in the middle of the hike. We will complete our time together with a closing thought and help to set a positive intention for the rest of our day.
Hello! As a kid, I was the tomboy – always wanting to play and explore outdoors. That hasn’t changed, only expanded to a true love for spending time in nature. Now, I have years of experience in hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing, sailing, SUP, and kayaking to share. I have hiked numerous trails in Arizona, including the Grand Canyon and Havasupai Falls. I have also spent a serious amount of time on trails in Washington and Oregon. I hiked to Camp Muir, 10,000 ft., on Mt. Rainier. I most recently completed a solo hike on Wildwood Trail in Washington/Forest Park. 30.2 miles in one day! Certified Health Practitioner and in Wilderness First Aid/CPR.
