Hello, I am a full-time physical therapist during the week. I typically work with people who are dealing with pain and help them return to there daily life. I enjoy working with people of all ages but especially with people who are interested in being physically active. That can include those who work out in the gym, do a specific sport, or any other recreational activity. The service I can offer include listening to your goals, performing a movement screen, identify areas of muscular imbalance, and teach specific exercises to address that deficit. An example would be someone who enjoys hiking or running and is looking for ways to improve there strength or someone that notices areas of weakness/tightness that needs to be addressed. Another example could be someone who does a sport or activity without any concerns but would just like a movement specialist to perform a screen.
